New member here with a question...

Hello all,
Just declaring that I officially gave in and came over to android after being an iPhone user since the original iphone. So far, I'm loving it! What took me so long??
I had one quick issue that's been bugging the heck out of me. Some may think it's minor and to a certain extent I do too. When I open the Facebook app, I get a second of a black screen and then the app opens up. That doesnt happen with any other app. Is that happening with everyone else as well? I don't think I remember that happening the first bunch of times I opened it.

Welcome.

I just did a test and the same thing is happening for me. A split second black screen then the blue load screen.

It may just be one of those things that you don't notice until you do...then you can't stop noticing it.
