New member Question

I just received my Asus Transformer Infinity yesterday, which of course has ICS. My question is this. When apps are installed they always go to your home page or the page you are on at the time. I know there is a setting to change this but can't seem to find it. I same thing happened when I loaded ICS on my Motorola Bionic, but don't remember how I did it...Any help here?
