Hi everyone, I'm new to this site so before I look around for some answers I need I figured I would introduce myself. My name is Jim and I have a Samsung Charge, my wife has a Samsung Galaxy Tablet (7 inch) and an LG Spectrum and my kids each have their own Kindle Fires. Prior to joining the Droid population I've had Blackberries and an iPad. I have found with both the Blackberries and the iPad that they have user friendly PC interface applications for synching and backing up. While I have only tried hooking the Charge to the computer it has been a failure. The computer (Toshiba Satellite, Windows 7 Home 64 bit) simply doesn't even recognize the device. Nice to meet you all and now I'm off to look for some answrers.
