New "Metallic" Blue color looks better than "Pebble" but...

when they changed the "pebble" color because of the glazing issue, why did they cheap out and not change the color of the home buttom to match?!

I hope that this is video is just an early defect. Please reply if you see one of the post fixed pebble blue phones and if the front, sides, back, and button all match.

Well, considering that the video was posted on June 2, and everything else I've seen later than that looks fine, I'm more inclined to believe that a) his camera settings were way off, or b) he got a flaw.

Every picture of the pebble blue I have seen has had a different color blue on the button.

That's really strange. I didn't notice it until you said something! So I guess it's not too noticeable.

I like the blue...I really do.... but that "Barney Botton" scares the hell out of me!!
I'm not one to gamble on it with my pre-order. I really wish I could see it in person first but that would mean losing my unlimited data.
No biggie, I like the white too.

So according to this video.....this is the new metallic blue that everyone will get or are we going to get the "pebble blue"? I'm a little confused at the moment.

This metallic blue is really dark and almost black and I'm totally fine with it.

But the button with the violet is hideous.

I don't think anyone knows what the US "pebble blue" is going to look like. I'm with you though, the dark gray looks awesome and the purple button looks ridiculous. Also that case posted in the XDA link above is bomb I'm definitely getting that!

Is the White Galaxy S3 as white as the white iphone 4S? Is the front of the White Galaxy S3 painted glass like the iphone 4S to avoid discoloring in light?
