new nexus 7 stuck on photo !

I just got a nexus 7 (2013) and after copening the camera the picture froze and the nexus reset itself, after restart i've open camera once more the picture froze once again (without me having touch anything !)and now it's stuck there. Also, the plastic near the camera is more hot than any other place....

Yes, am experiencing the same exact problem. now my tablet is stuck in limbo , no back button and on/off power switch will not even work. I guess I will wait till battery expires, recharge and reboot and hope for the best.

Try holding the power button down for 30 seconds.
