I pre ordered mine from the Samsung Experience Store on Tuesday.

Samsung Note 10+ 5G in Aurora Black 256Gb.

I recieved a phone call from the store on Wednesday telling me my phone has arrived and will be ready for collection on Friday.

No early collection unfortunately.

I ordered my Whitestone Dome screen protector last Saturday and I got an email yesterday that said it was finally shipped out. Apparently it was on pre-order, like the phones. Luckily, I have the case I ordered (ESR Mimic Series glass back case) so once I get my phone tomorrow, I will use it, since Samsung has that pre-installed film screen protector. Hopefully that will be good enough until I can get my Whitestone Dome on it. You’re smart not to use yours though until it’s protected. I don’t know if I’d have the patience!

I'd at least open the box and ensure it boots up and there's no Mark's or imperfections on the phone.

Delaying could hinder any claim or return.
