New Note 8 Pink Tint

So i just moved from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. So far so good. Except i had to buy a new Note 8 and this one seems to have a slight pink tint when tilting away. My launch day note 8 does not show this and i can somewhat get rid of it in the display settings but i can tell that it is still there.

I have done some research and some people say this is completely normal and others say you should exchange the device.

What are your thoughts? I'm a being to Anal?

if the Samsung fix (controls in phone) don't fix this then I would return it. jmo

Yeah..thats what i am thinking of doing. But man this one is perfect except for that

yeah that's a deal breaker for me. it's known issue. did you try a factory reset? if you're going to return it you could do the reset and if it doesn't fix it then you're ready go.

Yeah..thats the thing as well. The next one could have the same issue and then i would have to be in phone swap hell. I think it was like it but i guess doing a factory restore won't hurt things

Suggestion, tell them you want a new phone, you're not happy with your screen. Too much money to have an issue already.

My neighbor loves Xfinity mobile, swears by it now. He use to have TMobile. Xfinity mobile phone selection is very limited. But they're working on getting more phones.

Yeah the phone selection is limited but they have everything that i want so that's a plus! Yeah they have no issues with sending me a new one..I just have heard both sides..With one saying it's normal and the other side saying it is not normal.

I'll defend the note, until of course the note 9 comes out. But Iv'e always said, buy what makes you happy. A 900.00 phone, you shouldn't have no issues to worry about.
My son has the V30 plus and he loves it. He use to be a Samsung note guy ending with the note 5 and now has the V30 plus .
Try the note 8 out and don't hesitate to bail if your not comfortable. Xfinity is just limited on Phones that's all.

He gave me his extra Mate 10 pro, and that's a beautiful phone..
Try the note 8 out and don't hesitate to bail if your not comfortable. Xfinity is just limited on Phones that's all.

Thanks! This is my Second Note 8. I switched recently after getting my Verizon Note 8. Xfinity is awesome and you can't beat the price thats for sure!!!
