New OTA for UK and EU 1.62.401.1

Hi all just saw this on the Internet so checked my Software updates button on my phone and along came this update makes up for not getting the last update here in the UK as we now have the May security update to. No real reports of much changed so far but no negative reports either that I have seen feel free to try for yourself.

Yep, just got it myself.(unlocked UK) .. Big update.. In fact 2 updates...

1.09.401.4 -> ...401.13 (267MB), followed by ..1.62.401.1 (610MB) MAY security

so huge update...

Been waiting for this.. I know in the 1.15 US update there was better 2nday display functionality, shortcuts, better battery life and Sense Companion was supposed to be improved... but havent tested yet so cant confirm this...

When it boots up... the letter "U" rotates and spins round into a "C" on HTC.. so new boot sequence and splash screen .. not really an update... but looks damn Cool and sexy .. hehe

Hi all,

A short while after the update completed I received a message from EE my provider saying I now have WiFi calling, now that really is a big deal for me as my bedroom doesn't get the best signal strength and now I no longer need to worry about it.
