new phone problems

the Mrs just got the Eris this week.twice she could not make or receive calls and once the camera would not work. had to shut the phone down to get it to operate correctly. yesterday when the camera crapped we shut it down and 20mins later the call problem returned. is this a common problem? if so it's going back.

Bring it back! If you got the eris because it was cheap just get the moto droid its not that much more. If price isn't an issue get the droid incredible
