I bought a 3 pack of USB-A (OG) to the USB-C 3.0 to go with all my existing power chargers. None of the Moto fast chargers work with the new cords. The only one that the phone says is "Charging Rapidly" is the one that came with the Pxel 2 XL. Any specs I need to know before I go to replace my 18-20W fast chargers with "Rapid Chargers"?

If I remember correctly USB-PD standard only supports fast charging over USB-C. USB cables with a type A connector on one end don't support rapid charging.

I bought the Anker Powerline+ USBC to USB3.0 and get normal charging speeds of ~1300mA.

I also have a USBC to USB3.1 cable from my Samsung T3 external SSD and get a faster charging speed (the phone shows 'charging rapdily') at around 2300mA. With the included USBC charger I get around 2700 mA. I don't have the Anker USBC to USB3.1, but am curious if it will get a faster charging speed as well.

I use Ampere to check the charging rates. Be sure to check the charge rate when the battery is low since the charge rate is much lower when the phone is almost fully charged.

Fairly certain that's accurate. Has to be a usb-c to C cord to work.

Not too low, though. Regularly dropping the battery to less than 40% will kill it (as in you need to have it replaced) quickly. Lithium batteries are not deep-discharge batteries. (They're only used because they're the lightest batteries possible.)

Has anyone bought a aftermarket rapid/fast charger for their Pix2 XL yet? Which are recommended?

I'm trying to see if I can salvage any of the USB A to micro chargers I've already purchased.
