New Radio + Battery

Can someone confirm on this. I updated my radios to the latest; when i have 3g off my battery is extremly good. When I have 3g on all day long the battery seen to cut down to like 10 hours a day with normal use

That's because any app that would pull data can't because the network connection is turned off. You aren't using one of the radios in the phone so of course you're gonna save battery. It especially helps to turn off the network connection when you're in a low signal area.
