New radio files = TBH App - "Failed to load leaks..."

I am running 4.0.3 stock (and newer radio files) and as of today when I launch the TBH app I get a message that says, "Failed to load leaks, network down?" It was working fine yesterday. I dont know if I successfully used it after changing the radio files. Anyone else experiancing this?
