New Revolution owner

Hey everyone. I got the revolution the day it came out and I am happy with it so far. Battery life is what I expected, although it seems to take forever to charge. But coming from a horrible palm pre, it is definitely better. I rooted the phone the other day to try and get rid of useless system apps and I uninstalled bing. I like google better. Now, my one problem is when I hit the search button, it doesnt know what to do and seems to freak out for a minute. I was wondering if there was a way to make the search button go to google instead of it trying to look for the bing search that isnt there.

I dont think anybody has figured out the search button problem, at least i havent seen anybody posting that they fixed it.. I myself havent rooted, since there isnt enough support for rooters yet.. but maybe eventually i will.
