I just could not pass up the deal, I got an upgrade for $50 so I could not pass it up. The Rezound was #2 on my list when the D4 came out as I really liked the keyboard as I had the D1 at the time, then the cheap upgrade cost came up and with the D4 at $150 to $200, could not pass it up. As I had picked the Rezound over all of the other options till the D4, I could live with out the keyboard. Now I have a new toy to play with.

Ok on to my question, what is the easiest way to reload payed apps to the new phone, I will be installing the SD card from the D1, it has a bunch of items from apps that were moved over to free up app space on the old phone, should i delete them as I am not going to reload a lot of the apps I had on the D1?

Thanks

congrats, i got the Rezound for $50 on upgrade back in November and love it. I didn't have an available ne2, but that's okay.

if you had root on your d1, and plan to root your rezound, then you can use an app like titanium backup to backup all apps+data, then put that sim into your rezound, and then once you root your rezound, restore the apps+data

just go to market > myapps and your paid apps are there waiting for dl.

No rooting planned for me, I would worry too much about screwing it up :)

The Rezound comes with a disclaimer...it say "You can't brick this phone without trying really really really hard".

Truth of the matter is that with HTCDev unlock(officially sanctioned unlocking) you don't have access to enough of the phone to brick it.

My only question is, could you pass it up?
