After much debate and research, I rooted my Driodx. It went better than I expected I must say. I then waited about a week for the phone to brick which it has not. So a few days ago, with everyones help hear I did a custom ROM. After being vary nervous that was also a great success. So now what? Should I start to look at overclocking and under voltage? I am learning a lot I'm just slow at it. Thanks again to every one that has helped.

OC is a great place to go next. You could explore some other ROMs, most people go on a tear through them trying to find the right one.

Ninjamorph or metamorph are two programs that allow you to customize icons in framework.

Look around for other mods that may interest you. There are no clock mods for the notification bar, nvram hacks for worry free wireless tether, bootanimation and bootlogo changes, toolboxes with certain ROMS that allow unique customizations, screen off animations, keyboard alterations and others I'm sure I don't know about.

Each thing should be need driven. Ie you don't like something about the phone and want to change it. Or something looks cool and you wanna try it out.

There are alot of ROMs available out there, its pretty much "each to their own" about what ROM to flash and run. When I had my X, i flashed pretty much everything available at the time, i ended up on liberty 1.0 and 1.5. I just flashed liberty2.0 on wife's X and she likes it alot. i like the new toolbox as well. you'll have to wait for the free DL but thats up to you if you want to wait or not. good luck and dont forget to nandroid your system every now and then. dont be afraid of the RSDlite and SBF'n. its a simple process when needed:cool:;)
