Nova launcher. I don't use screen protectors. Defender is a great protective case.

I would be a case if I were you. I picked up UAG case best case so far. As far as Launchers go I'm using Nova launcher. Enjoy your new toy!

There are 100+ tips on YouTube. As for Launcher I love Nova Prime.

Screen protectors are tricky, I tried one from Amazon was in the trash after a few days. Not wasting my time and money anymore. Cheaper to go naked...unless you drop it. LOL

AndroidCentral did a nice blog post which rounds up all their favourite launchers. I personally quite like 'Nova Launcher' but everyone has their own personal preferences. Hope you enjoy your new S8+

Thanks for all the help for the incipio thin case. No screen protector yet. I normally use action or Nova but going stock for now so far so good.

Yes, nova prime can't be beat.

In using a Spigen slim case, along with an invisible defender screen protector. This has "wings" that tuck under the case.
Tried many others, this is the best solution atm.
