New screen protector, and the screen seems a bit slow on the touch response

I bought a BlackWeb brand glass screen protector, and ever since the application, my galaxy S8 seems a bit glitchy. Like I could be typing, and some of the letters take 2-3 more taps to get the response. Should I remove and get the Lifeproof case with the plastic screen, or should I try and third reapplication of the same screen?

I've got the same thing. Screen protector I have is an Energiser. Wouldn't recommend them.
