New Small Business Account

Hello,

I am trying to establish a small business account with T-Mobile. I went as far as speaking with someone on the phone and was told my business was approved with "0" deposit. I was on hold to go through the "verification" process. What do I do now because I can not seem to get anyone to complete the setup of the lines?
 
The phone people should help you.. Did you get disconnected? I'd call back and have them look up your information again.
