I also came from a Pre... had it since day 1. I love my Hero now... EVERYONE, and I mean everyone, can tell a difference in talking to me now, because of the better reception you get with the Hero... sad thing is, in my house I consistently get 3-4 bars on Sprint phones and the Hero just sounds more crystal clear. AND it's just so more customizable and it feels like it's your own... HAVE FUN WITH YOUR NEW TOY!

well it been a whole day with my new hero, what can i say, i absolutly love it.
sorry pre, i guess it time to go back in the box and see if in the future you come out better
