New Sprint HTC phone outed on Survivor??

At the 37 min mark in this past weeks Survivor there is a new HTC Sprint phone on the text to win spot. It is usually the EVO and this is definitely not the EVO, it actually looks more like the Thunderbolt. Anyone else catch this? Is this the EVO 3D?

I just googled the shift just to see a clear picture and compare the 2. It's definitely the shift. It is just closed and not exposing the keyboard. I don't think there would be a new phone advertised on tv before something leaking out to all of the tech blogs.
