New sticky thread needed?

In the "ask a question" forum, we are getting tons of questions about "repeated text" problems from the "voice to text" system.
Would we benefit from a sticky thread at the top of the forum to collect the same questions in one place?

Yeah, it's actually a thread that was started in 2015, presumably due to a different issue. But the discussion has continued for this issue, so we'll just leave it that way.
