New Stratosphere

Hello!

Getting used to the new phone, but maybe I'm still missing some things. I thought the earplug jack was a standard one? I've tried three different plugs/buds and the sound still comes out of the external speaker. Tried Skull Candy as well as other ones, do smart phones need a certain type? Is there a setting I need to check for sound?

Hi, and thanks for the reply. Since I posted, it started working with all my plugs, including the little set of speakers I have. Maybe an extra push or twist did something. Love the phone and the radio service "Slacker."
