New tablet - Backing up data?

Question for anyone that might know. I'm going to be replacing my tablet and would like to know how to back up my data. I know that 99% of what I need can be obtained from the Market or Google, but what about game data? For example, how can I back up my progress so I can continue from the new tab?

I was using Myback Pro which use to cover everything including data, however I remove it because it was storing everything on my internal SD Card. I know I could have attach my USB adapter but I felt because the tablet backs up everything to my attach account and then perfectly restores everything I took it off.
So I guess if you back up to your External Sd card your ok. titanium Backup is good too. I use both on my Dell Streak.
