New TB same TB

So after fighting with Verizon about their TB reboot issues, and receiving 3 phones which all do the same thing, they agree to put me in a new phone...

my choices are

Samsung Charge
LG Revolution

out of these two phones which will be the better of the two?

or do I just say to hell with it and ROOT my phone voiding all warranties
