New Thunderbolt-er, 4g lte / sim question

Just snagged my first thunderbolt. off contract from someone on craigs list.
The Tbolt didnt come with a 4g lte sim.

So can i just got o a vzw store and they will give me on?

Also, i have a unlimited 3g plan.
Does vzw charge extra for the LTE at this moment?

No they don't, but are you sure it has a clean esn?

Yes they will give you a free similar card at a corporate Verizon store as long as the esn is clean and they will activate it for you.

You can also get a sim online, just go online to switch phones, enter the imei, then it will come to a screen that asks for sim, or let's you request one. It is shipped free via fedex with day. You can also call in.
