Hello, all! 
I'm new to Android Central. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy SII. For the most part, I am content with my current phone model...for a smart phone, it does it job minus the common hiccups all smart phones have within their usage. The only problem/concern I have with my phone is sofware updates. The SIII is out and I have found while researching, there is not much difference between the SII and SIII. Therefore, I want to just do an update on my phone, but I am having problems with that...it says "software unavailable" or something like that. Could anyone please help me or in teaching me how to update my SII Gingerbread software to the next level SIII software (Icecream)? Thank you so much!!!
