new to android; loving it

Hi All,
Just switched from iPhone to Android (Moto Atrix "4G") a week ago and could not be happier. A developer pointed me here to get the amazing sideloader app, which has proven really useful (since I haven't *yet* rooted my phone) and I've been reading through the wealth of good advice on these forums.
I am continuing my reading but if anyone has a recommendation for an app that controls which apps run on startup, that would be great. I have one installed already but it is unable to automatically kill certain apps and other apps restart automatically.

Hi all, i haven't physically switch from blackberry yet..but loving the website and the info...been reading ur blog for a month now, since i saw a samsung in person (fell in love). But you guys pulling me in even more...keep up the good work (also a crackberry fan)!
