New to Android - Samsung Fascinate

Hi all! Just got the new phone (my first smart phone) a week ago , and am having a blast. My husband also bought a Nook Color for the express purpose of rooting it It was funny how the lady at B&N asked him if he wanted an extended warranty even tho he'd told her why he was buying it. Anyhow, I've done quite a bit of programming in the past and am hoping to learn how to write apps for Android. I'm sure I'll find lots of info here to help both my husband and me learn how to play with our new toys.
