Hi,
I am new here, but I have been lurking for a few weeks. I seem to have trouble staying logged in and the forum kicking me out, so I hope this post sticks...
I have been an iPhone user since it first launched, and I have never owned an Android phone. I don't know much about them, but I've been reading up (and testing devices in stores). I fell in love with the Samsung Galaxy S II the other day after my grave disappointment with the lack of an iPhone 5. Also, I have been getting bored with the whole iOS platform. It's great and all, just stale and dull now. I want to try something new with my freedom, and the Ice Cream Sandwich event absolutely blew me away. I want that for my OS. So I am finally going to ditch AT&T and Apple and switch back over to Verizon.
I like the idea of the new Galaxy Nexus being a pure Google phone. I left Verizon in the firat place because of their bloatware and crap they put on their phones. That's why I like iPhones so much. Anyway, I hope to learn a lot about Android while I'm here.
