Hi All, new to android. Trying to learn the system in preparation to my companies switch from BlackBerry to android sometime this year. Picked up a Samsung Galaxy S5 player to do just that. Have been scouring the forums and internet looking for a way to upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich. Cant get the player to connect with Kies. Anybody have any suggestions or links to how to sites? Thank you in advance.
