New To Android

Hubby and I are brand new to the Android World and are becoming totally confused and frustrated mainly with the volume of calls. It seems like listening to callers is very hard. We are so used to the flip phone and even using the speaker on the flip phone the volume was so much louder. Can anyone give me any ideas of how to turn up the volume on calls and on the speaker feature.

On last thing Hubby and I are senior citizens so if you could "dummy down" your explanation it would be a help.

Welcome to Android Central.

This way would be the easiest. Do this... When on a call you can hold down the (volume up button) to desired volume. These buttons are usually on one of either sides of phone.
