New to forum & android

I'm a new android user and I as well as many have figured out, it's easier to look in the internet for answers. Waiting to actually talk to someone who well be able to assist you is almost impossible. Its hard for me to understand some of the accents on the phone as well. No disrespect, I just have trouble over the phone. Too much loud rock music over the years. Makes it very difficult!
