Alright so a while back I decided to root my thunderbolt only because I like tinkering with things like that. I used the Revolutionary tool and wa-lah, it was rooted. I spent some time looking up things like how to install other roms and use wireless tethering and stuff like that, and I was able to install a few roms. One day I was using the stock rom and it crashed on me so I reloaded my cyanogen mod rom and tried to boot back into the stock rom, only to get some sort of mismatch error. I researched about it and tried a bunch of different things and none of them worked. So i went along using cyanogen for a while without a problem, but all of a sudden today, my music player wont load any of the music, but it can still read the sd card. It's just acting weird overall and I just want to go back to the stock rom or fully unrooted if possible. I'm not great with this stuff so if there is anyone who could take me through this step by step itd be great.

Did you make a back-up of your stock ROM? If so, you can boot into Recovery and just restore it. If not, then I would recommend checking out trter's All-in-one Root tool in the sticky of this section. It gives you the ability to unroot and return to stock, and is very easy to use. Or, if you want to just get back to stock and keep root, you can get the RUU from the thread right below this one (Stock ROM and Radio Please). Synycalwon provides links that you can use to get back to stock.
