New to smart phone and Android

Wow this is all new. Why didn't I get one of these years ago? I am coming from a Motorola Nextel flip phone. Decided to take the plunge and give up my good plan. Bought the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic Touch. Have some questions:
How can I place my apps in a folder to organize?
How can I get my texts to voice?

Welcome aboard! While I am no expert to Android (being that I am rather new myself), I have spent a lot of time on these forums and reading the Getting Started articles provided. I recommend those as a great resource for you. (I still havent finished)
