New to smart phones

I am new to having a smart phone. I bought a Gaxalys3, and was having all kinds of issues with it, mostly drop calls and low signal strenth. I think I was not getting any help from USCC. I found this site, and got the help I needed to get on the list to replace my Gaxalys3. THank You for your help Jim H.
