New to the world of Android

Hello All. I'm new here. Unfortunately my reason for joining is not yet to contribute but to get info. I'm having issues with the Market and installing/updating apps. Im getting the "Insufficient storage available" error. Quite annoying. Any help would be much appreciated!! Otherwise, search it is!
