New to this kind of stuff

This is my first time at this so please bare with me. I was interested in learning how to use my new phone (Droid Razr) without taking hours and days to learn how to use it efficiently and I was directed to this site for user guide help..? I was thinking more like a manual or something to that effect, but whatever I can get to help learn the in's and out's would be great. Thanks,
