New to this phone, question about changing weather picture

We got this phone and they gave us the Samsung case (wallet case) that has the cut out that shows the weather, time, etc.

I have tried to figure out how to change that picture but I'm just not techie enough to figure it out. I want to change that picture in cut out. This old man would appreciate your help.

That, I don't know.... but I don't own a Note 3 so I don't have it to mess with. Hopefully this catches someone's eye.

OK, someone suggested in private message that I ask my question this way:

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Case S View Flip Cover Folio. Which widge would be the one to use to create the desired look I want in that window? And please suggest those that are easiest for a 92 year old man with no techie skills. Thanks
