Samsung pushed a new update to my Gear S3 Frontier earlier this evening. Claim was, among other things, improved battery performance I think I saw. Anyway, so far, no issues.

Samsung pushed a new update to my Gear S3 Frontier earlier this evening. Claim was, among other things, improved battery performance I think I saw. Anyway, so far, no issues.

It also includes gear pay in canada...only works with credit cards so far

Hold the back (top) button for 2-3 second...it will begin downloading the app and you'll eventually get a popup on your watch for updating samsung pay

The companion app updated too and changed name to Galaxy Wear. Works with Android P now too.

This update killed Watchmaker. Any ideas how to get it to work again?

That happens after most Gear updates, but Watchmaker usually has an update that fixes it within a week.
