You saw that through the Settings>System Update menu, or could it be a browser popup? I would've thought there would be a firmware build number listed in that update as well.

A Google search of Smart Touch Call shows it to be some sort of Samsung help thing.

Something called Smart Call is Samsungs version of spam caller ID.
