New update release

I received a message from Sprint and read on this site the they were re releasing the failed update from last September starting on April 4th. Has anyone gotten it yet? I have been checking every day and it still says I have the latest update. I am really looking forward the the corrections in the new update but haven't been able to fine out what happened to it.

Over in the rooting forum we have been waiting for it since the 4th. Only a few lucky people have gotten it so far. They are giving go reports so far. I keep checking mine constantly. I hope it works well and gets out faster.

It takes sprint 2-3 weeks to fully get it out

Here is the file needed to install the new baseband. Simply place it on the root of the SDcard (not in any folder), boot to recovery (power down, then volume down, home button, then power button and hold those till you enter recovery), chose apply update.zip.

If you are wanting to root the ZVJ update, please move over to the rom and rooting section for a guide to do that BEFORE running update.

Yeah, I had trouble with go launcher too. Try uninstalling it and either use stock launcher (i wouldnt recommend as it sucks LOL) or find a good replacement. I like launcher pro, though it is not really developed anymore it still rocks.
