New update with CM10 problem... Anyone else?

Yes I know that cyanogen has bugs and isn't fully stable but I was watching YouTube and I don't get any sound what so ever I didn't have this problem. Before.... I've made changes to all my sounds to loud, on, and whatever to make it work but I don't get anything... Does anyone else have this problem?

What CM are you running? A nightly or the M1 build?

Try flashing the M1 build. It doesn't have some of the feature but it is a slightly more stable build. If that fixes your issue when it was something with that nightly for you.
