I noticed there's a different animation that occurs when activating edge sense via squeeze. Also the U11 processes updates (installing, rebooting, application optimization, etc.) a LOT faster than my M9 ever did.

I believe they are leveraging the new update mechanism from Android 7.0.

There was a separate Edge Sense update via google play store this morning.

Downloading and installing the system update now...

Did anyone clear cache partition after? How to wipe cache partition on HTC U11 | Droider.eu

Only just got the 1.11 update a couple of days ago (I let that one come naturally), but I just finished downloading and am installing the latest one now.
