5 Nov update on 7 Nov and not from Google. Hilarious. The FPR gesture bug might have helped speed things up. Hopefully the December update drops as quickly.

Been running it for a couple hours. So far so good. The FPR bug is definitely fixed.

I would email essential and ask them if the builds they release are tweaked by Telus. If it is the same build that is released to the unlocked phones. You can side load the updates via adb commands. Not sure if the builds are different for the different regions of the world the phone is in. The US unlocked varies from the Canadian unlocked and so on. If they are identical then I have a thread that out lines how to sideload the ota. I am on sprint and sideload the latest even though sprint hasn't pushed it.
