Same Wear OS and Home App versions as mine. Oddly, my Google Play Services is 18.3.85 -- not sure why yours is 2 versions behind. Scroll down further -- Is your System Version "H"? What security patch level is it at?

System version is H and security patch level is August 1st 2019.

Aha, that's the difference -- your security patch is current to the month, while I'm still stuck on April.

Looks normal to me. My gen4 explorist is on the May security patch. Thanks for the heads-up. I should be getting the update soon too.

Curious I notice you have yours on a bund type strap. It looks great. Does this interfere greatly with the heart rate sensor?

I bought the strap from fossil... It actually blocks the sensor which is fine with me I don't use the heart rate sensor.
