New (used) nexus 6

Hi all,
I just got my, new-to-me, nexus 6 from eBay, but when I try run the setup I can't as I'm not the original account that was setup. If there's any work around is love to try it.

Do a system reset and wipe the phone clean so you can start fresh and get rid of residual junk from the original owner. Enjoy your 6!

Only two options: Get the original owner to give you their google account info or send it back to him/her to have them remove their account from the phone.

Find out quickly - not having the previous account removed before it was shipped to you properly either means they didn't really know what they are doing (which is fine and can be fixed) or it's stolen and being fenced to you, in which case you'll want to be able to take the appropriate action with ebay, paypal (or whatever payment method you used), etc.
