New V30 H931 software update from ATT 2020-11-23

I am assuming it is a security update or a 5G update for android 9. Not like this phone is going to get android 10....
Previous update was over a year ago.

Will update with more info when available since ATT's website is never updated promptly....

Edit: After installation, the security patch still says Sept 2019.
