OK, I downloaded it but cannot find it on my EVO. It downloaded to my SD card (wouldn't let me do it to the internal memory), but when I went to run it, it wasn't present. Nowhere on the found could it be found. What's the trick to installing and running this?

Do you have a folder called Download or Downloads?
Do you have a file manager, I use Astro.

I installed it and i do like the way it looks as well as the weather site it takes you to when you click on the weather box. I didn't see any weather animations--does this version have them? The only dealbreaker, at least for me, is when you press on the clock box it doesn't bring up all of the clock options mainly the alarm clock like the older sense version did. Is there an option to enable this and im just missing it? Unfortunately I use that alarm clock option daily and without it I will have to revert back to stock clock/weather. Any suggestions?

Once I downloaded it I went to the notification bar and clicked on it. Asked me if I wanted to install and I hit yes. Then I went to my widgets and there it was..

Did you disable wi-fi? It was mentioned in the OP. Haven't tried to set mine yet because I can't get a signal in my office.

When you download it it is a .zip file if you change it to .apk it installs like any other file
