newbie to android lg optimus t t-mobile

can not figure out where to find the usb download to connect to my laptop running windows vista. any help would be greatly appreciated:'(.

Welcome to AC.. enjoy the forums.. On your phone go to Menu.. Settings.. Applications.. Development.. Turn on USB Debugging. When your phone is connected to your computer... Pull down the notification bar on your phone and switch to Mount as hard/disc drive. Your computer should automatically download the drivers for your phone.

I did as you said and turned on the USB Debugging, then connected my phone to the computer. When it said it was going to load the driver, I pulled down the notification bar and there was no option for Mount as hard/disc drive or anything close to that. The computer then asked for the disc with the driver on it, which did not come with the phone. Did I do something wrong?

Sorry about that.. I just realized the Optimus phones have problems syncing with computers. Apparently they're not shipped with the drivers. Try the link in this thread to get the drivers.
