Next Gen When?

I managed to break my Moth 360 (gen 1) today where the band attaches to the watch itself (no clue how I did it but a part of the bottom broke off). When is the next generation of Android Wear watches supposed to appear? Really thinking of the ASUS ZenWatch 2 right now but if the ZenWatch 3 is just around the corner I don't want to upgrade yet.

According to Amazon, ASUS has discontinued the ZenWatch 2.
